Shipping Rates

  1. We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders above Rs. 999.
  2. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, an additional fee is applicable to cover the “cash handling” by the carrier partner.

Order Processing

We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Time

  • We usually take 2-5 working days to deliver, depending on your location:
    • Metros: 2-3 days
    • Rest of India: 3-5 days
  • You can track your package using a unique tracking link, which we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number from us in your inbox as soon as it ships! Orders can be tracked in real-time via this link: Track Order.

Shipping Address

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Shop Sangam is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Shop Sangam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information.
  • Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for more information. If you require further assistance, our customer service team is available to help.
